Loving Hetalia # 3: America
Who doesn’t love the adorable American Alfred F. Jones? I sure do. I wish I could say that America is a complete stereotype of American people but I, as an American, strongly identify with Hetalia America. This is just me. Every American is different.
1. I wear glasses. I love glasses. I find people with glasses to be smart and sexy. That’s why I love nerds and geeks. I truly do. When I was younger, I faked an eye exam just so I could get glasses. Turns out, I really do need glasses. The joke was on me. I tried to cheat the system and the system fought back.
2. I love McDonalds and hamburgers in general. Most of my friends hate McDonalds and always shoot me down when I suggest it. They never want hamburgers.
3. More importantly like Alfred, I don’t tend to gain weight from eating McDonalds . I don’t eat it everyday, no way. I tend to eat healthy most of the time, just so you know.
4. Am I loud and obnoxious? Not really but I do spout some crazy ideas . Mainly about zombies taking over the world, serial killers, and ghosts.
5.We both share a love for Japanese Horror even though we are petrify at night. After watching a Japanese horror movie, going to sleep (for me) is next to impossible. I already have insomnia, I don’t need more help in staying awake. Yet I still watch them. I’m an idiot.
Those five reasons are why I feel closely connected to America. I’m almost sure that there are some aspect that I have miss so if you feel connected to America (Alfred) please feel free to leave a comment.

Next Hetalia Character Identification is a toss up between Germany and England. I like both of them and I think I have at least three characteristics that they have as well.

This is Awsome.America is probely my most favorite charicter from Hetalia.My friends are always telling me how much me and America are alike from being loud,obnoxious, and always coming up with wakey ideas right down to the blond hair,blue eyes and glasses and not forgeting both our love for McDonalds.Thank a bunch, and one last thing to always remember……….AMERICA IS THE HERO.
Lol. I look nothing like a America but I am similar to him. No one tells me I’m similar to him because my friends are not as obsess with Hetalia as I am but its good to see other people are.

Dude,I’m similar to America in some way too! I totally don’t get fat from eating McDonalds and I love to eat that! I say dude from time to time. It became a bad habit XD I also wear glasses,and I LOVE them dude! I had to wear them since I was,like, 7 or something? Loud,no way,but,I do come up with some freaky ideas. BIONIC ALIEN BABIES FTW!!! Ah,horror movies. My worst enemy. I also try to man up before I watch them,but then I freak out as soon as the movie starts. Especially with ghosts dude. Those things freak the crap out of me. Whenever I walk around in the dark,I always think that there’s some freaky ghost girl waiting for me or something. Ugh-shudders-Anyways,I feel related to him in someway. Even though I’m also part Italian and Spanish,and a little Dutch,I still feel American baby!~
Dude, I think you are America because that response is exactly what Alfred would say. I also think that ghosts are after me. I saw the Woman in Black and every single time I turn off the light, all I can hear is “I will never forgive, never forgive.” I freak myself out just thinking that.

Lol, you would make an awesome America. I’m planning on going to Anime Expo but I’m not sure if I’ll cosplay as someone since it will be my first convention. I think turning off the light adds to the excitement of being scared. It’s a thrill that is scary like riding roller coasters.

Aww,thanks so much dude! Yeah,maybe for the first convention,ya should go without cosplaying. It’s to get used to your surroundings,see what’s usually at a con. See how people react dude. Once ya get all that stuff down,cosplaying the next time will be fun man! I promise ya dude!~ Yeah,but,I just can’t take it. -shivers- I’m really afraid of doing that dude. And it also reminds me of being in a small space,which is bad ‘cus I’m claustrophobic,and then I think that I’m being buried alive,and that I’m going to become a zombie,and I’m going to eat all of friends and family,and-wow,okay,that’s what happens when I think about it XD

Yeah, I really want to see people cosplay. It looks really fun. I’m claustrophobic too. I don’t think I’m going to turn into a zombie and eat people (here is to hoping I don’t) but I think people are going to steal my oxygen and I’m going to suffocate. My fear is not of small places but rather running out of air so that’s why I’m afraid of small spaces. For me, small places and lack of oxygen go hand in hand.

You no the glasses represent texas, right?
I haven’t been able to find concrete evidence that the glasses are Texas but in fanfiction, the glasses always represent Texas. I believe the glasses are Texas.
